1. Reservation & Confirmation

Advance Booking: All services operate strictly on a pre-booked basis.
Booking Deadlines:
- Standard Transfers & Land Tours: Minimum 12 hours notice required.
- Marine & Adventure Activities: Minimum 24 hours notice required (subject to weather and operator availability).
Finalization: A booking is only guaranteed once full payment is processed. You will receive a formal confirmation via your chosen contact method upon successful payment.

Pick up Times: Customers must be present at the designated pick up point at the scheduled time.
Airport Waiting Time: For airport arrivals, drivers will wait for up to 60 minutes after the flight lands.
Standard Waiting Time: For hotel or residential pickups, a grace period of 15 minutes is provided.
Late Arrivals: If a customer exceeds the grace period without notifying us, it will be treated as a "No-Show," and the service will be canceled without a refund.

Notice Required: To be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, cancellation requests must adhere to the timeframes mentioned in Section 1.
Official Channels: All modifications must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp, Email or Phone.
Operator Terms: Refunds for marine or adventure activities are subject to the specific terms of third-party operators and weather-related safety cancellations.

Information Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct flight numbers, hotel names and contact details. Pallo Paradise Taxi is not liable for service failures caused by incorrect data.
Safety Compliance: Customers must ensure they meet all age, health and physical requirements for specific tours. Failure to do so may result in being denied service on-site without a refund.

Pallo Paradise Taxi shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: traffic congestion, road accidents, extreme weather or mechanical failure. In such events, we will make every effort to provide an alternative solution.

By finalizing a payment and booking with Pallo Paradise Taxi, the customer confirms they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
